Keyboard controls

When the presentation window is focused, you can control everything from the keyboard — useful when your laptop is beside you during a service. Keyboard shortcuts let you advance slides, blank the screen, and adjust the font size without touching the mouse, keeping your attention on the congregation rather than the screen.

Navigation shortcuts

These shortcuts work when the presentation window is the active window. If shortcuts stop responding, click once on the presentation window to give it focus.

1. 1→ or Space — Next slide.
2. 2← — Previous slide.
3. 3B — Blank the screen (shows a black slide). Press again to return.
4. 4F — Toggle full screen.
5. 5+ — Increase font size.
6. 6− — Decrease font size.

Using a second screen

For the best experience, connect your laptop to a projector or TV as a second screen. Move the presentation window to the second screen and press F to go full screen. Your laptop screen continues to show the controller panel with slide previews so you can see what is coming next.

Tip

Click anywhere on the presentation window first to make sure it has focus before using keyboard shortcuts. If you are using a remote clicker, it will also work as long as the presentation window has focus.
